Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S. is dedicated every day to supporting school projects designed to enhance educational offerings. For this reason, each year we evaluate all proposals received by may 1st, so that approved projects can be implemented during the following school year.
To participate in our Call for Proposals, submitted projects must meet the following requirements:
School-focused, strictly aimed at children and young people;
Of local relevance and general interest;
Submitted by schools based in Italy.
Projects must demonstrate a potential to generate shared social value and are selected based on:
Alignment of the intervention with the objectives of Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S.;
Credibility, reliability, and track record of the applicant school;
Effectiveness of the proposed intervention in addressing a documentable need identified through reliable data collection and an authoritative, in-depth needs analysis;
Measurability of results: the school for which the project is implemented will specify the expected outcomes, as well as the methods and timelines for documenting the achieved results.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have you carefully read the form and tried to fill it out?
Do you still have questions or need assistance?
Check our answers to the most frequently asked questions to see if they can help:
Is the form intended only as a guideline?
No, the form was designed exclusively to be filled out and submitted; its text and structure must not be modified.
Can I submit it in whichever format is most convenient for me?
No, it is a .docx file (which is easier to fill out and potentially easier for us to process), and we expect to receive it in the same format. Alternative formats will not be considered.
How do I sign the forms?
Scan or photograph (using your webcam) your signature and insert it into the file as an image.
What criteria must I meet to participate in the Call for Proposals?
All schools across Italy are eligible to participate in our Call for Proposals.
What type of project should I submit?
Perhaps taking a look at our past projects might help.
Can I submit more than one project?
Certainly, as long as a separate form is completed for each project.
Can I submit projects at any time?
Yes, although Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S. aligns its activities with the school academic year. Therefore, all proposals submitted by May 1st will be evaluated and potentially implemented during the following school year, whereas those received after that date will be reviewed in the subsequent year’s evaluation cycle.
What documents do I need to submit to present my project proposal?
Simply complete all parts of the form available for download on this page. For structural projects (such as libraries, laboratories, etc.), a dimensioned technical drawing must be attached (hand-drawn is acceptable, provided it is clear and accurate).
How should I submit the project materials: via email or regular mail?
We only accept materials sent to our email address.
How long does it take to find out if the project has been approved?
Indicatively, decisions are made by the end of June. We will personally notify each applicant in the event of a successful outcome.
If my project is selected, how long will it take to receive the funding?
Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S. does not grant direct financial funding; instead, it directly carries out the projects by covering all purchasing and implementation costs. The cost and material estimates provided in the proposal are indicative and may be adjusted during the evaluation phase to optimize the final outcome. Once a project is approved, the goal is typically to complete it no later than the end of the school year.
I have already completed projects with you in the past. Can I submit new ones?
Certainly. Naturally, a new form must be submitted containing all the relevant information for the new project.
Are there any budget limits?
No, although Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S. has always favored supporting “micro-projects” in order to carry out a larger number of initiatives.
Is it possible to submit a project proposal that includes teacher training and professional development?
No. Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S. finances and implements school projects where the student is always and solely the ultimate beneficiary.
Is it possible to submit a project proposal that includes an educational field trip?
No. It does not align with the core mission and objectives of Fondazione Lucrezia Tangorra E.T.S.
